With a degree in Architecture, he is Jack of all Trades at heart. He is always learning new things, creating objectives but with no specific plans, allowing new endeavours to arise from collaborations, synergies and unexpected events of life.
He believes that inspiration is an inherent quality to all human beings that dedicate themselves fully to each moment's unfolding, surendering entirely to the task at hand and that learning is not an aim but a consequence of being open and aware of what is new in each day.

She is mother to two daughters and aunt to three nieces that inspire her every day. Current status: in motion, joyfully embracing what makes her feel good, connected, free and motivated. She welcomes all of that which builds her as a human being. She believes in the motivation to achieve something and not in the desire to win over others.

With Communication Sciences and Health and Exercise at the basis of her higher education, she has been a serial entrepreneur and worked at many trades such as English Teaching, Personal Training and as a Fitness Instructor, Trainer, Pedagogical and Creative Director, Marketing, PR and Advertising Consultant, Volunteer Team Leader as well as Self Development Mentor. She is mother to two youngsters that inspire her in many ways and she finds writing to be her privileged art form, but she is passionate about all avenues of expression. She creates philantropy and social entrepreneurship projects and loves to discover the generosity of life in each living being, marveling in the richness of Nature and grateful for everything and everyone on her path.

Life is a constant inspiration of Love and Joy.
Overjoyed mother and grandmother. Holds a degree in Naturopathy specializing in the Body's Language through Therapeutic and Intuitive Massage and Reflexology, as well as Chi Kung. Having rediscovered herself through Compassionate Breath and Isness Integration, she fell even deeper in love with the Body in the most recent years, for all that it represents and for its regenerative capacity. this has lead her to create her own Holistic Method - Healing Touch.
Through her own personal experience and as a therapist, she feels that her purpose is to disclose and teach a new concept of Medicine, which involves the inherent wisdom of the Body, tapping into its own resourceful way of regenerating itself in a simple, creative and natural way.

A young mother, she has been involved in socio-cultural activities, namely with children and youngsters and has more recently chosen to focus on developing herself as a Digital Nomad, though residing permanently in Tomar. She is a freelance Digital Marketing provider and teaches both English and Portuguese online, but what she is most passionate about is being surrounded by people and sharing new ways of living in greater simplicity. She has surrendered to her self-discovery with total dedication, allowing herself to Be and to learn how to live in Love, Compassion and Trust, letting the flow of life guide her.

Born in Faial, Azores, he got his degree in Graphic Arts and Technologies in Tomar, which has become his hometown and where he has created his Graphic Design and Tourism businesses.
He is an excellent communicator and loves to interact with the public, be it as a Tourist Guide or through the multiples cultural and artistic events he partcipates in.
He has experience in different areas of creative expression, such as theatre, dance and painting. He is a co-founder of the "Templária" Tuna and has practiced many sports, some of which as a federated player.
He enjoys the sea, music and focussing on solutions rather than problems. He believes that nothing is impossible and anything can be achieved with dedication and willpower.
