The purpose of the culture section is to intervene in the areas of cultural action, through creativity, dissemination, information, stimulation, animation, conservation and preservation of artistic and cultural heritage. It includes performing, publishing, fine arts and journalistic activities, as well as the organisation of cultural events and festivals, facilitating access to the production and commercialisation of art and culture.
