You have land or buildings that you are willing to make available or donate to the Cooperative so that they can be transformed into common spaces for housing and self-sufficient living;  

 If you are interest in bio-construction, Tiny Homes and in the concept of sustainable building as a whole; 

 If you develop or want to develop projects related to the reusage of natural resources and renewable energies; 

 If you develop or would like to develop housing and building projects that use non-invasive methods; 

 And of course, if this is an area you are particularly interested in for any reason that is not mentioned here.

In the last decades self-sustainability and financial independence, especially for youngsters, has become all the more challenging. Owning a home or even finding one to rent at reasonable prices is a never ending quest.  
Our aim is to move in the opposite direction, making the right to dignified dwellings the common experience it is intended to be.
